Air Shaft Techinical Properties

Standard housings are produced in 3" and 6" in the special orders 2",4",5",8" and 12" can be produced specially.
Pneumatic shafts are manufactured in lengths between 250-3000 mm, to order lengths up to 5000 mm are poduced.
Corrosion and impact resistance of aluminum profiles coated with a 20 micron thick aluminum anodized surface hardness is increased.
Pneumatic shaft housing profiles are produced by aluminum extrusion technique as cured into 95-100 HRB.
Pneumatic shaft titles are produced by 45-50 HRC tougened special steels.Precision CNC machines according to customers' techinical drawings is performed.
Pneumatic shaft titles according tothe demand of chromium , nickel, phosphate and zinc phosphate coating corrosion resistance and surface quality are increased.
